Senior Leader Americas Commercial-Genomic Medicine

Cytiva seeks a senior commercial leader to direct Americas genomic medicine operations, overseeing revenue targets, team development, and strategic growth execution across a multi-state region. The role involves building high-performing sales organizations and partnering cross-functionally to drive market expansion in biopharmaceutical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Americas commercial business to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets with unified regional strategy
• Build and manage high-performing commercial teams, developing talent to maximize performance and customer impact
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans leveraging market insights to expand market share and opportunities
• Drive commercial excellence through sales funnel management, forecasting rigor, and cross-functional collaboration
• Partner with operations, supply chain, customer service, and marketing to ensure customer experience and execution

Requirements

• 15+ years sales management experience with complex consultative services to lab, biotech, or biopharma organizations
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, science or related field; MBA preferred
• Demonstrated leadership of technical, customer-facing commercial teams with hiring and retention track record
• Knowledge of genomic medicine approaches, biopharmaceutical manufacturing, and GMP regulations
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, sales forecasting, and delivering business results
• Experience launching and scaling new solution offerings in emerging markets within large biopharma
• Ability to work in matrixed, global organizations; up to 50% regional travel required

Compensation: $225,000-$260,000 base; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
