As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll support Emerson's Measurement Solutions businesses worldwide, transforming data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions, optimize supply chain performance, and fuel continuous improvement across a diverse global organization.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data
• Support the creation of slide decks and presentations for senior management
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline supply chain processes and enhance operational performance
• Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company policies, regulations, and industry standards
• Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain objectives with overall business goals
• Manage the planning and budget cycles for the supply chain group
• Implement processes to improve department efficiencies

You use data and insights to make sound decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. You build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals. You adapt quickly to changing priorities, embrace new technologies, and continuously seek better ways of working. You communicate effectively, bringing clarity to complex information and helping stakeholders take action with confidence.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or related subject
• MBA or other related master's degree a plus
• Strong background with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint and Excel in particular)
• Ability to apply AI tools to drive process efficiencies
• Travel up to 15%, international possible
• Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
