In this role, you will support daily operations, coach team members, and help ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service. We are looking for a strong leader who thrives in a high-energy environment, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering an excellent guest experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and support team members during assigned shifts Ensure guests receive outstanding customer service and accurate orders Help maintain Sbarro standards for food quality, speed, and cleanliness Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily shift operations Train and coach team members on company procedures, food preparation, and service expectations Delegate tasks and maintain productivity during busy periods Monitor food safety, sanitation, and operational standards Assist with inventory, stocking, food preparation, and overall restaurant organization Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently Support the General Manager and management team with daily operational goals Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment Lead by example and ensure team members are following Sbarro policies and procedures What We're Looking For Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment Reliable, dependable, and willing to work as part of a team Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Ability to stay organized and focused during busy periods Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed Competitive weekly pay Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth and advancement Fast-paced, team-oriented work environment Health, dental, and vision benefits available for eligible team members Paid time off for eligible employees #J-18808-Ljbffr LV Petroleum LLC
