A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Technical Product Manager.

Position Type: Contract
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Jersey City, NJ

As a Technical Product Manager, you will:

Key Responsibilities

• Have advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, data analytics and applying agile methodologies.
• Have ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Demonstrating success in developing and launching multiple tech products, including version releases.
• Have experience in changing readiness and/or changing management.
• Have presentation skills, with a talent for developing clear and engaging graphics.
• Be proficient in preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
• Skilled in creating and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Be comfortable with generative AI usage and understanding of its logic.
• Be fluent in Excel for data interpretation and insight synthesis.
• Collaborate skills, working effectively with diverse teams across workplace design, technology, facilities, user experience, and strategy.
• Collaborating and influencing decisions with multiple stakeholders.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*:  $70-$75 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
