Residential Journeyman Electrician

Position Title: Residential Journeyman Electrician. This role is essential for delivering high-quality residential electrical services. The Residential Journeyman Electrician will work within a supportive and fast-growing company environment, focusing on service work that enhances customer satisfaction. The position requires a strong understanding of electrical codes and residential electrical systems. Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 / Year DOE Responsibilities Perform residential service work, avoiding new construction and large remodel projects Connect electrical power for HVAC installations and replacements Install and wire boilers, thermostats, electrical panels, and service equipment Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues Read plans and determine electrical layouts Ensure work meets electrical codes and safety standards Provide customer service in the field Work on residential and light commercial projects Requirements Journeyman or Master Electrician license 3–5+ years of residential electrical service experience Strong knowledge of residential electrical codes Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days 401(k) and retirement plan without company match Paid holidays including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and more PTO of 40 hours after 90 days and 80 hours after 1 year (negotiable) Sick time of 40 hours after 90 days Paid training opportunities Take-home company truck Uniforms and iPad provided Optional overtime available #J-18808-Ljbffr Boutique Recruiting
