Hands-On Retail Trainer & Onboarding Specialist

Wallis Co is seeking a Retail Training Specialist to deliver hands-on new hire training at our Retail Training Stores. This role involves managing and administering programs that ensure consistency and accountability in training for our On the Run and Dirt Cheap store locations. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, evaluating employee performance, and maintaining training materials. Previous retail experience and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.
