Landscape Installation Crew Leader – Foreman Track

Full Time Positions available.
Landscape Division open: Monday through Friday.

What We are Looking for:

• 1–3 years of landscaping, landscape installation, or related outdoor work experience preferred
• Interest in growing into a leadership role within the Landscape Division
• Ability to support, motivate, and encourage crew members while working alongside them
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and desire to complete projects with high-quality results
• Basic understanding of grading, drainage, planting, and landscape construction preferred
• Ability to safely operate company tools and equipment
• Ability to follow landscape plans, drawings, instructions, and daily project direction
• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to interact with clients and potential customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Strong knowledge of Charleston plant materials preferred, but training is available
• Willingness to help our team GROW by giving and receiving constructive criticism respectfully
• Ability to drive tractors with trailers is a plus, training available
• Able to handle physical activity such as lifting, loading, digging, planting, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record
