This role oversees front- and back-of-house, ensuring consistent, high-quality food, drinks, and guest service. Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, and coaching team members; managing inventory, ordering, and vendor relations; monitoring cost controls and basic P&L; and maintaining cleanliness, safety, and compliance. The Restaurant Manager models our fun, energetic culture, resolves guest issues, supports promotions and events, and drives sales while fostering teamwork and career growth for staff.
