Business Development Representative

Business Development Representative (Part-Time, Onsite - Richardson, TX) Location Richardson, TX - In-Office only (no remote option) Compensation $20/hour + discretionary performance bonuses Why This Role This is an entry-level, in-office growth role built for early-career talent. You'll learn how tech companies create demand by combining research, professional outreach, and curiosity-based conversations. If you want a role that builds confidence fast, teaches you how businesses buy, and provides structured coaching, this is a strong starting point. What You'll Do
- Build targeted lists of accounts and contacts that match our ideal customer profile
- Execute multi-channel outreach (email + LinkedIn + phone calls daily )
- Start and guide short, professional conversations to understand needs and determine fit
- Set qualified meetings for the senior sales team
- Track activity, notes, and next steps in our CRM
- Participate in coaching, call review, and skills practice to improve quickly
- Structured onboarding
- Weekly coaching and call review
- Clear goals and an improvement-focused environment
- Career development: this role can be a path into Account Executive, Customer Success, Partnerships, or Revenue Operations (based on performance and interest)
- You build a consistent outreach rhythm and keep clean CRM notes
- Your conversations get stronger week after week
- You reliably generate qualified meetings and learn how to improve conversion
- Recent graduate or early-career candidate (0-2 years of experience)
- Able to work in-office in Richardson, TX (required)
- Willing to spend a meaningful part of the day on the phone (daily calling required)
- Clear communicator who can learn talk tracks and apply coaching
- Reliable, consistent, and comfortable working toward goals
- Basic comfort with tools (email, calendar, spreadsheets/CRM)
- Flexible, part-time schedule compatible with coursework
- Hands-on experience in B2B business development and client qualification
- Entry into the fast-paced, high-performance compute business field
- Exposure to global operations spanning the US, Hong Kong, and Taiwan
- Engage with enterprise-level clients including Fortune 500 companies
- Small, collaborative team where your contributions are visible and valued
