Business Development Representative

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Generation and Research Identify and research potential clients within the target market. Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, email outreach, and potential events. Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s offerings to effectively communicate value to the prospective client. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule consultation meetings. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in CRM. Track and report key prospecting metrics, including outreach volume, response rates, and conversion rates. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Work closely with sales representatives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified prospects. Partner with Marketing to implement pursuit strategies effectively. Contribute to the continuous improvement of prospecting strategies and techniques. Performance & Goal Achievement Meet or exceed prospecting activity targets, including calls, emails, and scheduled meetings. Continuously improve outreach techniques based on data and feedback to maximize effectiveness.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with data entry and reporting tasks as needed. Support the development of team training and collaboration. Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 1-3 years of experience of direct sales experience or demonstrated track record of success required.
