This role involves managing bankruptcy case files, drafting legal documents, and providing exceptional support to attorneys and clients. Candidates must have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with PACER and e-filing. A high school diploma is required, with additional legal processing experience preferred.
