Job DescriptionWe're hiring an Electronic Assembler for our Stafford client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:Job Title: Electronic AssemblyMaximise your chances of a successful application to this job by ensuring your CV and skills are a good match.Location: 77477Pay: $18.00- 20.00Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMDuration: Temp-to-HireDescription of Duties:Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and final products using hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipmentInterpret and follow technical documents such as schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructionsPerform soldering (through-hole and/or surface mount) in accordance with IPC standardsConduct basic functional testing and troubleshooting of electronic assembliesMaintain a clean and organized work environmentRequirements:1–3 years of experience in electronic assembly or a related fieldAbility to read and interpret schematics and assembly drawingsFamiliarity with hand tools, crimping tools, and measurement equipment(multimeter, etc.)Who we are:Carlton Staffing is a local staffing firm in Texas with over 44 years of experience!
