Title of Position Medical Records Clerk II
Work Hours Casual Part-Time (Req# 2025-429) 8 hour rotating shifts, 16 hours per week. Subsidiary Kuakini Medical Center Description of PositionAnswers phones, retrieves patient records as requested, analyzes and re-analyzes records, monitors chart deficiencies, processes admissions and discharges, handles requests for health information, and files loose reports. Maintains follow-up of oncology patients. Sends follow-up letters to physicians and assists with weekly oncology conference.
Qualifications and RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum one (1) year previous experience in a healthcare setting required; or any combination of education and experience which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to meet the minimum qualifications to perform the essential functions of this position.
Starting Hourly Rate $20.97
