Client Service Representative

Client Service Representative Winter Environmental is seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our remote team. This position serves as an important point of contact between our company and our clients, providing exceptional customer support while assisting with administrative coordination and client communications. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure client inquiries are handled efficiently while supporting day-to-day administrative operations in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Provide accurate information regarding company services, projects, and general inquiries. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and customer follow-ups. Assist clients with service requests and ensure timely resolution. Communicate effectively with internal departments to support client needs. Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and administrative records. Perform data entry and maintain organized electronic files. Maintain confidentiality of company and client information. Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Winter Environmental professionally. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills. Reliable computer, internet connection, and dedicated remote workspace.
