About the Opportunity

Worldwide Recruiting LLC is seeking a motivated, resourceful, and relationship-driven Headhunter / Recruiter to join our growing team in San Diego, California!

\n

\n

We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in recruiting and proven experience identifying, approaching, and engaging passive candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who genuinely enjoys headhunting, takes pride in finding exceptional talent, and wants to continue developing their skills within a growing organization.

Our ideal candidate has approximately 3–5 years of professional recruiting experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on headhunting experience . Candidates with additional relevant experience are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Proactively identify, research, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other sourcing platforms.
\n
• Conduct direct outreach to passive candidates through personalized messaging, telephone conversations, and professional networking.
\n
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
\n
• Manage assigned recruiting searches from initial sourcing through candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer stages.
\n
• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate qualifications, professional experience, communication skills, and alignment with position requirements.
\n
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities, position requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
\n
• Present qualified candidates with accurate summaries of their experience and relevant qualifications.
\n
• Maintain organized and accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and pipeline updates.
\n
• Provide timely and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
\n
• Monitor recruiting progress, identify sourcing challenges, and adjust strategies to improve results.
\n
• Represent Worldwide Recruiting LLC professionally while building positive, long-term relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• At least 3 years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience , with approximately 3–5 years representing our target experience level.
\n
• At least 2 years of demonstrated, hands-on headhunting or proactive candidate sourcing experience.
\n
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates who have not directly applied for open positions.
\n
• Experience managing multiple recruiting searches and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
\n
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and online sourcing tools.
\n
• Strong candidate screening, interviewing, and qualification skills.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Confidence initiating conversations and developing relationships with professionals who are not actively job searching.
\n
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
\n
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing hiring needs, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
\n
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in San Diego, California, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, legal, accounting, or administrative positions.
\n
• Familiarity with Boolean searches, advanced LinkedIn sourcing, and creative candidate identification strategies.
\n
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers or business leadership.
\n
• Demonstrated success developing talent pipelines for specialized or recurring positions.
\n
