About Our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked at a State Farm agency, which gave me valuable experience and insight into what it takes to build and run a successful office. I'm a graduate of Saint Michael's College, married with two kids, and outside of work I enjoy golfing, watching sports, spending time at the beach, and being with friends and family. Our agency offers PTO, production-based quarterly bonuses, a Simple IRA, and a fun, team-oriented environment that includes birthday lunches and holiday parties. We believe in recognizing hard work and creating a workplace people enjoy being part of. Our culture is centered around teamwork, consistency, and growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
