Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary school students as a part-time Occupational Therapist. In this contract role, you'll provide essential services to a close-knit caseload of 5–6 students at one TK–5th grade school. Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in California
• Experience in school-based settings or working with children (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
• Understanding of IEP documentation and goal implementation
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach when supporting young learners
• Ability to effectively manage a small caseload and organize therapy sessions independently

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student IEPs
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in TK–5th grade
• Track student progress and prepare detailed progress reports for educational teams
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students’ learning and participation
• Attend IEP meetings as needed and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
