Production Coordinator, Ground Support Equipment

You will perform daily hands-on production assembly tasks while also devoting time to refine manufacturing process layouts, continuously improving quality and throughput to align with high level business goals. You will work closely with your peers to thread design changes from ongoing product development efforts seamlessly into existing build processes.How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:Own material-readiness and kitting activities for scheduled GSE assembly workReview upcoming work orders and build plans to identify required parts, hardware, consumables, tooling, work instructions, and inspection requirementsCoordinate kit creation, staging, labeling, organization, and delivery to the appropriate assembly area before work beginsVerify kit completeness and configuration accuracy against the released bill of materials, work order, and applicable work instructionsMaintain clear point-of-use organization so technicians can quickly identify the correct material for the correct buildIdentify missing, damaged, incorrect, expired, or nonconforming material and coordinate resolution with Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and the GSE Production Team LeaderTrack kit readiness, shortages, substitutions, and expected resolution dates in the production-readiness trackerSupport safe, orderly production areas through material identification, FOD prevention, inventory discipline, and standard workCommunicate daily readiness status, constraints, and recovery plans before work is released to techniciansImprove kitting and staging processes by reducing missing-part events, technician search time, and work interruptionsMinimum Qualifications:Multi-tasking and organizational skills Ability to assist in problem analysis and independent decision making Good team communication skills required Ability to utilize Microsoft products including Outlook, calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Loop, OneNote; SlackAbility to safely operate hand and power tools Above and Beyond Qualifications:Previous leadership experiencePLEX ERP systems knowledgeHigh Voltage assembly experience preferred, especially related to DC energy storage systemsPhysical Demands and Work Environment:Previous leadership experiencePLEX ERP systems knowledgeHigh Voltage assembly experience preferred, especially related to DC energy storage systemsThe wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role.
