Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a current and valid Delaware license as an SLP CCC
• Previous experience preferred in educational or pediatric settings

• Demonstrated ability to develop customized treatment plans and adapt to diverse student needs
• Collaborative spirit and commitment to fostering inclusion

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and recommend appropriate interventions
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, collaborating on student progress and needs
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Engage in parent and staff consultations, offer insights, and provide educational resources
