Qualifications:

• Active Delaware SLP License/Certification is required.
• Strongly preferred: Previous school-based experience, particularly with elementary-aged students.
• Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive speech-language therapy in a school setting.
• Skilled in delivering evaluations, developing IEP goals, and maintaining thorough student progress documentation.
• Excellent collaboration abilities with educators, related service providers, and caregivers.
• Able to work the full school scheduled day onsite without accommodation.
• Reliable transportation for consistent attendance.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to assigned elementary students.
• Conduct evaluations and actively participate in the IEP process.
• Document progress, collect data, and report on student outcomes.
• Communicate and collaborate regularly with teachers, school staff, and families.
• Adapt and assist as caseload assignments evolve with district needs.
• Maintain clinical and educational best practices in all daily activities.
