Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute corporate strategy
• Lead external business development and client acquisition
• Foster talent development and organizational capability
• Ensure sound governance, compliance, and financial stability
• Make company-wide, long-term business decision
• Design and execute strategies for sustainable growth
• Drive results with full P/L accountability
• Create and sustain a learning and growth culture

Qualifications

• 10 +years of executive management experience and logistic
• Proven success managing in multicultural or cross-border environment
• Demonstrated P/L responsibility and strategic planning expertis
• Experience in organizational restructuring or new business development
• Bilingual language skills in Japanese are highly desired
• Working for a Japanese company is highly preferrable
