Implementation Specialist
Talium Advisors is searching for an Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for working with external clients throughout the new implementation process.
- Establishes user accounts and provides log-in credentials
- Receives, uploads, and validates client data
- Configures features, lists, user role permissions, menus, and document options
- Assists with end-user training (or creating training videos)
- Assists clients with ongoing data or system maintenance over the course of the contract
- Creates and provides system or implementation process documentation
- Escalates concerns or issues as appropriate
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with the MS Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
