- Provide personal care assistance with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility to support resident independence.
- Perform homemaker tasks including laundry, housekeeping, meal preparation, and serving.
- Plan and lead therapeutic activities to engage residents.
- Administer or supervise medication administration according to physician orders.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Current, valid CBRF certification preferred.
- Obtain American Heart Association (AHA) First Aid certification within 6 months of hire (or within 2 years of initial CBRF First Aid & Choking certification); renewal required every 2 years.
- Willing to become med-delegated upon hire and able to administer medications.
- Proficient in computer use for charting and communication.
- Able to work independently and make decisions within guidelines.
- Experience in resident care is preferred.
