Immigration Paralegal

Catholic Charities of Los Angeles is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to manage affirmative immigration matters from client intake to final resolution in our IRR program in Los Angeles. You will interview clients, assess eligibility, prepare filings for forms such as I-485, I-130, VAWA, U visas, T visas, naturalization, and handle RFEs, NOIDs, and coordinate with attorneys. A Bachelor's or five years of related experience or Paralegal certificate; Spanish fluency preferred; in-office, full-time; #J-18808-Ljbffr
