Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Woodburn, Oregon

Make a meaningful difference supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a dynamic classroom environment this fall. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity spans from September 8 to December 18, 2026, providing dedicated classroom support for a single site during a maternity leave. You'll collaborate closely with school professionals and receive supervision as determined by district protocols.


Key qualifications:

• Active SPED certification/license in Oregon
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential in good standing
• Experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents requiring behavior support
• Professional, adaptable, and reliable with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide contact information for your three most recent supervisor references (required for consideration)

Role responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavior-analytic interventions to students per individualized education plans (IEPs) and teacher or supervisor guidance
• Work one-on-one and in small group settings to support positive behavioral change and learning outcomes
• Implement and document behavior plans, data collection, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and supervisors
• Aid with classroom management and create an inclusive, supportive learning environment
• Comply with all relevant ethical, legal, and professional standards

This is an onsite-only position located near Woodburn, OR, with a consistent weekly commitment of 37.5 hours. Be an essential resource throughout the fall semester, contributing your expertise to support student achievement and classroom stability.
