Sales Support Specialist

Job Details:

Sales Support Specialist 
50-65K Base

Must have proficiency in Sage ERP System.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer purchase orders.
• Review purchase orders against approved pricing and terms.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices through Sage.
• Ensure invoices reflect applicable products, quantities, pricing, shipping, taxes, and payment terms.
• Assist with preparing customer, sales, and product presentations.
• Support customer meetings, product demonstrations, conferences, and other sales activities.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in sales administration, order administration, customer service, operations administration, accounts receivable support, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience using Sage accounting/ERP software.
• Experience processing customer purchase orders and invoices.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
