About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Required Skills:

• Proven ability to utilize the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Experience in administering treatments and medications, interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing individualized care plans.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Proficient in providing education to residents and their families.
• Ability to adapt care delivery according to residents’ age and cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Other Requirements:

• Current California RN license.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Ability to work in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to adhere to professional standards and organizational policies.

Compensation range:

• $48.11 - $68.59

Sign on Bonus:

• $7,500.00
