Customer Support Specialist

Customer Support Specialist Location: Wichita, KS Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Work Arrangement: Onsite Pay Rate: $18.00/hour -$23.00/hour (based on experience) Position Summary The Customer Service Coordinator supports sales and operations teams through order processing, customer service, and administrative support. This role is responsible for entering orders, reviewing purchase orders, maintaining records, and assisting customers with inquiries related to products and deliveries. Responsibilities Enter customer orders, quotes, and related documentation accurately. Review purchase orders and verify order requirements. Monitor active orders and support on-time delivery goals. Assist with customer inquiries and delivery issue resolution. Verify part numbers and documentation accuracy. Maintain records, files, and office documentation. Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally. Support sales and program teams with administrative tasks. Requirements 1-2 years of customer service, administrative, or order entry experience. Strong data entry and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to process a high volume of orders accurately. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications 2-4 years of related experience. Associate degree in Business Management or a related field.
