Create a cohesive \"360-degree journey\" that uses physical packaging to intuitively drive consumers to our digital products and app ecosystem. 3. Performance-Driven Digital Content Oversee digital creative strategy with a focus on conversion and engagement , ensuring assets deliver measurable ROI. Leverage emerging technologies (including AI tools) to scale content production efficiently while maintaining the authentic \"human touch\" required for our category. Mentor and manage your direct report (Designer and video producer) to ensure high-quality execution. Provide clear visual guidelines to overseas marketing teams to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring global brand consistency. Hire new creative talents and build the creative team as business needs evolve. 5. AI-Powered Creative Innovation Champion the adoption of AI-enabled creative tools and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and creative effectiveness. Leverage generative AI technologies to accelerate content creation, concept development, video production, design exploration, and personalization efforts. Establish best practices for responsible AI usage while maintaining brand integrity, compliance, authenticity, and quality standards. Bring fresh, original thinking that elevates the brand and sets our creative apart in the category. Use generative AI hands-on to accelerate and elevate your own creative output, and help build the AI-enabled workflows the team relies on Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to enhance creative productivity and consumer engagement. Train and mentor team members on AI-enabled creative processes and future-ready creative capabilities. Qualifications Required: 5-7 years of progressive creative leadership experience in consumer brands, healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, CPG, e-commerce, or related industries. Proven success leading brand development, visual identity systems, packaging design, and integrated marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer behavior, conversion optimization, and performance analytics. Experience managing creative agencies, internal creative teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to connect creative strategy with measurable business outcomes. Experience leveraging AI-powered creative tools and workflows to improve content production, testing, personalization, and team productivity. Preferred Experience in women's health, fertility, pregnancy, healthcare, wellness, or consumer products. Hands-on experience with AI creative platforms such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Figma AI, Canva AI, Synthesia, or similar technologies. Knowledge of AI governance, intellectual property considerations, and responsible AI implementation.
