Soybean Production Supervisor

Our client, an industry leader in agricultural production, is seeking a dedicated Soybean Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Soybean Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Soy Bean department. This person would be on day shift.
Job Title: Soybean Production Supervisor Pay Range: $90,000 - $115,000Location: Chesapeake, VA 23323
**Will provide relocation What's the Job?
- Support daily operations that drive efficiency and profitability within the soybean crushing facility.
- Lead and manage production activities, ensuring processes run safely, reliably, and in alignment with quality and performance standards.
- Guide team members through training, development, and performance management to foster a high-performing workforce.
- Monitor production goals, optimize workflows, and partner across teams to maintain consistent output and operational excellence.
- Oversee safety, environmental compliance, and routine maintenance programs to ensure a safe and sustainable work environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Chemical Engineering, Management, or Business; or 5 years of management experience in lieu of degree.
- Someone with strong management experience in on of the following area(s) is a FIRM requirement
o Milling, Extraction or Grain Handling - Understanding of manufacturing technologies and safety programs.
- Knowledge of environmental compliance requirements.
