Location Address: We have locations in Mt. Lebanon & Sewickley. Once fully trained this position may be given option to be hybrid between offices or remote work/flexible hours with a successful track record, in order to reach more prospects at ideal times to connect. Must live locally to our offices. Office event marketing could be an occasional evening or weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective customers through calls, texts, emails, and community outreach.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities and follow a consistent internet lead marketing process.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies.
• Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.
• Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred.
• Must be highly coachable and committed to your own success!
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
