MedTech Project ManagerAs a MedTech Project Manager at Delve, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary medical device programs from early concept through hand-off to production. Partnering closely with clients, Technical Leads, and internal teams, you'll be accountable for successful project execution including balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and collaboration in highly regulated environments.You'll apply design thinking and product development best practices to guide teams through ambiguity, make informed trade-offs, and deliver meaningful, high-quality solutions to challenging MedTech problems. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable shaping the big picture and managing the details, and who is excited to help Delve teams continuously improve how we deliver work.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary connection point between project teams and clients, collaborating closely with Technical Leads, Account Managers, and other senior stakeholders on MedTech and medical device programsOwn overall project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and communicationPartner with Technical Leads to define product requirements and track adherence throughout developmentProactively identify potential changes in scope, communicate impacts, and align with internal teams and clients on next stepsCreate project proposals and budgets, and manage schedules for internal teams and external partnersMaintain accurate, well-organized project documentation, decision records, and action items across Delve's project management systems and serversRegularly review project financials with Account Managers and Technical Leads, requesting resources as needed to meet project goalsOversee and support the planning and preparation of client presentations and project deliverablesEnsure deliverables meet client expectations, contractual commitments, and Delve quality standardsRequirements7+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Engineering Program Management, and/or other client-facing roles5+ years of experience in medical device electromechanical product developmentProven ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex client projects from start to finishWell-versed and knowledgeable about MS Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet, and project management systemsExperience working in consulting environmentsPreferred ExperienceA proven medical device project management professional with a strong understanding of ISO-13485, IEC 62304, ISO 14971 and IEC 60601A strategic thinker with experience in new product development (design and engineering), particularly in medical device product developmentA natural collaborator who thrives in multi-disciplinary environmentsA team member who values diverse perspectives and stakeholder inputA professional committed to high standards of quality and craftsmanshipA self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal oversightAn excellent communicator with strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skillsSomeone who leads with an inclusive mindset and models inclusive behaviors across the organizationBe Inspired.
