Counter Sales & HVAC Associate

Our client, an industrial supply company specializing in HVAC and related products, is seeking a Counter Sales & HVAC Associate to join their team. As a Counter Sales & HVAC Associate, you will be part of the sales and customer service department supporting contractors and walk-in customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Counter Sales & HVAC Associate

Location: Negaunee, MI

Pay Rate: $23.00 per Hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30AM - 4:30PM

What's the Job?

• Assist contractors and walk-in customers with HVAC parts and supplies at the counter, via phone, and via computer
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Provide product recommendations and basic HVAC technical support
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory in the warehouse and sales floor
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly work environment

What's Needed?

• Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, or industrial supply sales required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift and move inventory as needed
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills
• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
