North Bridgton Family Practice is seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our established outpatient primary care team in Bridgton. About Us

Central Maine Healthcare (CMH), a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving approximately 400,000 residents across central, western, and midcoast Maine through a network of more than 40 primary and specialty care locations. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services including wellness visits, chronic disease management, acute care, and preventive medicine

• Diagnose and treat common medical conditions

• Order and interpret diagnostic testing

• Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with Maine regulations

• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and specialists to coordinate care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner program

• Board Certified as FNP, AGNP, or related specialty

• Active or eligible Maine Board of Nursing licensure

• DEA certification or eligibility

• Prior primary care experience preferred

• Strong communication and patient engagement skills

Pay Transparency

Bridgton Hospital offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $125,000 to $144,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
