Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and clinically supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Health Services Technicians (HSTs) in a 24/7 IDD crisis stabilization unit.
• Conduct crisis evaluations and implement de-escalation strategies for individuals experiencing psychotic breaks and physical aggression.
• Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) based on data collection and client assessments.
• Train staff on behavior management, crisis intervention, and restraint techniques as needed.
• Provide direct client care and oversee treatment strategies in crisis and outpatient settings. (Full-Time Only)
• Assist in overseeing the autism program at the outpatient center, working with youth (ages 0-21, primarily middle to high school students).

Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral analysis and crisis intervention. Experience supervising RBTs preferred. Strong background in de-escalation, crisis management, and working with individuals in acute distress. Must be comfortable handling physical aggression and restraints when necessary.
