We are professional and have Class-A training available and job placement within our company to those drivers who have earned it. We conduct performance reviews every 6 months for potential pay increases. Advancement opportunities available dependent on the driver's ambition to grow.

Qualifications:

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role
- Must be able to lift packages up to 150lbs (with handtruck/dolly)
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Physical stamina and strength to handle loading and unloading of cargo
- Good communication skills to interact with dispatchers, customers, and team members

-Must be able to clear a background check and DOT Physical and Drug test (including marijuana)

-Clear driving record (no DUIs, handheld device tickets, reckless driving tickets in the last 3 years)

-Legal status to work in the USA

-Be able to work in all weather conditions

-Working on a Weekend day is mandatory upon hiring

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a truck to transport goods to various destinations
- Plan and follow designated routes, ensuring timely delivery of goods
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays
- Communicate with management and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times

Note: Experience in route driving, courier services, warehouse operations, or operating tractor-trailers is highly desirable.
