Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO Interact with staff and gather and create reports for the CEO Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff Arranges travel and accommodations for executives Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping Performs additional duties as assigned by executives Other duties as assigned This position will adhere to the Battle Motors Environmental Health and Safety Program by following all safety rules, procedures, practices, training, and safe use of equipment; this includes use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. This individual will work in a way that stresses the importance of preventing injury, accidents, or illnesses to themselves or co-workers by correcting or reporting unsafe situations, incidents, or occurrences to their Supervisor immediately.
