About the Role
This entry-level Customer Sales & Service Representative role is perfect for anyone saying and ready for a career reset or first professional opportunity. You’ll work directly with customers, provide product information, answer questions, and deliver outstanding service in a face-to-face environment.
No experience? No problem. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed from day one.
Responsibilities
- Engage face-to-face with customers to represent products and services
- Provide excellent customer service and product education
- Answer questions and resolve concerns confidently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Participate in training sessions and professional development
