Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our dynamic team in Escondido, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in every component produced. Position: CNC Operator

Hours: 7 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $22/hr - $25/hr

Location: Escondido, CA

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, documenting any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming (G-code experience is a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
