Project ManagerGenesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager for a contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in Brooklyn, OH. This is a 10+ month contract opportunity.The Enterprise Data & Analytics Services (EDAS) organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to help deliver enterprise data initiatives that support critical business, regulatory, and operational objectives. This role drives project execution across multiple teams by coordinating activities, managing dependencies, tracking deliverables, and ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into project progress and readiness. Working closely with Business Analysts, Data Analysts, and Engineers, this individual serves as a central coordination point across EDAS.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, RAID logs, action-item trackers, and project documentationDrive execution across multiple concurrent projects while maintaining visibility into deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestonesTrack commitments, action items, and key decisions, ensuring accountability and timely completionIdentify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, constraints, and dependency impacts before they affect deliveryPartner with business and technology project managers to ensure EDAS deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and implementation activities remain aligned with broader project and program objectivesFacilitate implementation planning, readiness reviews, project checkpoints, and status meetingsServe as a central coordination point across EDAS teams supporting project deliveryPrepare and deliver concise, fact-based project status updates, dashboards, and governance materialsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Project Management, Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline8 years of Project Management, Technology Delivery, PMO, or related experienceBanking or Financial Services experience supporting technology, data, analytics, governance, regulatory, risk, or modernization initiativesExperience leading data-related projects involving Data Warehousing, Data Integration, ETL, Data Governance, Data Management, Analytics, Reporting, Regulatory Data, or Data Modernization initiativesExperience managing multiple concurrent projects within large enterprise environmentsStrong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence as primary tools for project execution, delivery tracking, and reportingExperience creating project plans, dashboards, RAID logs, executive reporting, and project documentationExperience supporting Kanban, Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologiesStrong project planning, organization, and execution skillsUnderstanding of Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Lineage, and Metadata ManagementStrong written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsDesired skills:PMP certification preferredScrum Master certification beneficial but not requiredExperience supporting Enterprise Data & Analytics organizationsExperience with Alation, GCP, BigQuery, or similar enterprise data platformsExperience supporting large-scale modernization or transformation initiativesPay range: $70.00 - $75.00 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
