HR Coordinator: Onboarding & People Ops

JCB North America is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources team in recruiting, onboarding, and managing administrative HR tasks at our San Antonio location. You will handle routine employee questions, maintain records, and assist with daily HR operations. This role requires 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
