ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customersFollowing up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations-building computerized repair orders and sourcing partsDeliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specialsOversee technicians' inspectionsOther duties as assignedWillingness to develop into a Store Team Leader positionQualificationsGeneral automotive knowledgeExcellent customer service dispositionGood communication skillsLeadership abilityAbility to work a flexible retail schedule of 46 hours per week.Valid driver's licenseWe offer medical, dental and vision insurances, the 1st of the month following 90 days of continuous employment.Vacation 5 days after 180 days of employment, 2 weeks at 1 year work anniversaryPaid holidays after 90 days of continuous employment.We are closed most if not all major holidays
