Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with diverse school teams
• Not open to COTAs; candidates must be a licensed OT
• Passion for supporting the growth and development of elementary-aged children

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct OT services to students in alignment with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct student evaluations and collaborate with school staff to create practical, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Maintain thorough documentation on student progress
• Communicate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
