Job Description Job Description Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) Location: Fort Pierce, FL Type: Full-Time | Permanent (Direct Hire) Schedule: Day Shift | Rotating Weekends Compensation: $32.62/hr – $48.93/hr (Based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: Available (case-by-case, 2-year commitment) Position Overview: Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Occupational Therapist (OT) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Fort Pierce, FL. Key Responsibilities • Perform occupational therapy evaluations and treatment interventions within scope of practice • Assess patients’ therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with care team collaboration • Provide skilled therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress • Observe and report changes in patient condition and treatment response • Communicate patient care updates and insurance/payor requirements to physicians and families • Coordinate daily caseloads, staffing needs, and patient assignments • Support continuity of care across inpatient and rehabilitation services • Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy – Required • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License – Required • BCLS certification required within 30 days of hire • Minimum 1 year OT experience required • Experience may include Acute Care, Inpatient Rehab, or Rehab Settings • Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills required • Must specify OT experience type on all submissions For more details contact at View email address on click.appcast.io or Call / Text at View phone number on click.appcast.io.
