Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Supervisor 3pm-11pm to join our team at the Mobile Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Mobile, AL. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our rehabilitation and wellness programs, ensuring exceptional patient care and outcomes. With a focus on collaboration, communication, and patient-centered care, you will empower our nursing staff to provide the highest level of service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments

• Demonstrates expertise in clinical practice, providing guidance and mentorship to nursing staff

• Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements

• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

• Conducts regular assessments and quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Fosters a culture of open communication, respect, and inclusivity among staff, patients, and families

• Participates in educational programs and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Alabama

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting

• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
