Direct Hire Office Associate

I’m currently seeking an Office Associate for our facility in Agency, MO. In this position, you would effectively run the front desk for our distributorship—handling multi-line phones, administrative duties, customer service, and essential accounting tasks (like AP/AR, collections, and month-end close). It’s a dynamic role that bridges professional office management with the logistics of a warehouse operation. Position Details:

• Role: Office Associate
• Location: Agency, MO (on-site)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 
• Pay rate: $22.00/hr
• Key responsibilities: Managing accounts payable/receivable, balancing deposits, maintaining the dealer database, assisting with inventory counts, data entry, and providing excellent front-counter and phone support

education: High School

Responsibilities

• At least 1 year of administrative support experience (warehouse or retail environments are a plus).
• At least 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience (including AP, AR, and collections).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (specifically Outlook and Excel) and experience managing multi-line phones.
• A high degree of accuracy, the ability to multi-task efficiently, and a team-player mentality.
