Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with various impairments, disabilities, or functional limitations to establish effective treatment goals.

• Document all patient interactions, including evaluations, care plans, treatment provided, and patient progress, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

• Supervise and support Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and other support personnel, guiding them in the delivery of effective patient care.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness and modify plans as needed, providing feedback to improving patient responses and outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care strategies.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits
