We are seeking an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive to join our team. Position Summary The Assistant/Account Executive supports client services efforts in a critical way, connecting the activities of the agency to Precision AQ’s clients. The role is responsible for implementing projects to promote and support the success and profitability of client deliverables, driving daily tasks through communication with key internal service delivery personnel and client stakeholders. Essential Functions of the Job Client Management Operates as lead point of contact on assigned projects within the client account as determined by the Account Supervisor. Provides quality control of client deliverables, initiates and aligns the creative brief details, and manages both internal and external client expectations. Develops best‑practice protocols for internal project teams to facilitate quality control. Coordinates and participates in content planning meetings with key content experts and personnel. Account Management Responsible for overall management and delivery of individual client project assignments. Facilitates the medical‑legal‑regulatory review process to ensure promotional items meet compliance, including uploading documents, tagging, and linking. Acts as a subject‑matter expert on client tactics and deliverables. Works with the Project Management team to develop timelines and communicate milestones. Executes projects according to timelines and budgets; manages the internal team accordingly. Identifies possible red flags in projects and proactively alerts the team. Documents client interactions, prepares contact reports, and summarizes next steps. Ensures relevant project materials are available to participants during internal client calls and external client meetings. Finance Contributes to the development of client proposals, budgets, and reconciliations by identifying necessary tasks and coordinating with team members on assigned functions and hours. Monitors budgets, including direct and labor costs, and notifies the Account Supervisor of out‑of‑scope items and hours. Assists the Account Supervisor or similar client services role with the preparation and submission of applicable financial and forecasting reports. Departmental Responsibilities Provides standard and customized status and financial reports to clients at specified intervals (e.g., weekly for client status meetings). Attends internal meetings with client services, meeting services, traffic, and other key personnel to discuss project status as required. Qualifications Minimum required for Assistant Account Executive: Bachelor’s degree. Minimum required for Account Executive: At least one year of experience as an Assistant or Account Executive within an advertising, marketing, communication, or related industry; Bachelor’s degree. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Flexibility for possible travel up to 5%. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communication, or related subject. Medical communications or healthcare industry experience. Experience writing SOWs and project briefs; able to contribute to the development of strategic documents. Competencies Initiative, planning, and organization. Interpersonal skills, communication, and teamwork. Compensation Competitive salary range: $40,000 – $76,000 USD.
