Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager Job Summary Seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, with a primary focus on agriculture (60%) and generalist accounts (40%). The successful candidate will work closely with a Director of Account Management and play a key role in maintaining and growing the president's book of business. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in commercial insurance and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Compensation Package Salary : $70,000 - $85,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses. Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package. Work Arrangement : Flexible hybrid model with the expectation of in-office presence once or twice a month. Remote candidates will be provided with necessary equipment. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, focusing on agriculture and generalist accounts. Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction. Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Support the transition of the president's book of business, ensuring continuity and client retention. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 7 years of account management experience, with a strong background in the agriculture industry. Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC software is required. Soft Skills : Outgoing personality, thick skin, strong organizational skills, intelligence, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Work Arrangement : Open to remote candidates who can attend in-office meetings once or twice a month.
