Job Description

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in an educational setting near Benton, LA. This full-time, onsite role runs from September 14, 2026, through May 19, 2027, serving as a key resource within a dedicated team. You’ll provide vital behavioral support to help students thrive, building genuine connections and fostering positive outcomes each day.

What we’re seeking:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
Prior experience working in school settings highly valued
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for supporting children with behavioral needs
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and supervisory staff
Attention to detail in implementing behavior plans and documenting student progress
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment

Your contributions will include:

Delivering individualized behavioral interventions under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)'s ongoing guidance
Supporting students’ learning goals, using evidence-based practices to encourage positive behaviors
Accurately documenting behavioral data, maintaining confidentiality and integrity
Participating in regular team meetings and trainings as scheduled
Communicating regularly with teachers and school staff regarding student progress and strategies
Creating a supportive, inclusive atmosphere for all students on your caseload
